In the cinema revival of the 60s' animated children's programme "The Magic Roundabout" Bill is lending his voice to Dylan, the laconic hippie rabbit. Joining him is an illustrous cast, such as
Robbie Williams as Dougal, the sweets addicted dog
Kylie Minogue as Dougal's human friend Florence
Sir Ian McKellen as enchanted jack-without-box Zebedee
Joanna Lumley as the opera singing cow Ermintrude
and Jim Broadbent as Brian, the brave little snail with the sarcastic touch. |
Bill Nighy did a very funny version of The Kinks' ''You Really Got Me'', together with Ermintrude, singing voice contributed by Catherine Bott. You can find the song on the original soundtrack of the US version of the film, ''Doogal''.
