If you thought, Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral
and Bridget Jones' Diary was a load of sentimental rubbish,
You're not going to like this...

If a bomb would have dropped on the building
British show business would have been
in serious trouble.

along with Andrew Lincoln, Thomas Sangster, Gregor Fisher (you may remember as Baldy Man), Laura Linney, Rodrigo Santoro, and German Frauleinwunder Heike Makatsch.

Some facts and statement without support about Billy Mack:
|
Bill's not telling too much about Billy Mack's "influences" but once mentioned names like Gary Glitter and Elvis Costello in an interview, referring to this. Others saw optical relations to Rod Stewart. (?) |
|
Billy Mack's name was supposed to be "Billy Manne" (Man? Mann?) first. Both, Bill and Gregor Fisher are calling the character "Manne" in interviews. |
|
One can assume that Billy Mack once was more on the hardrocking side. The half Billy / half skull poster hanging in Joe's flat reminds a little to the image of Alice Cooper in the "Trash" era. |
|
According to some props Billy Mack's label was Polymer Records. So he was a label mate with another famous fake band: Spinal Tap |
